Everything an importer asks before the first order — lead time, payment, carton sizes and how many sets fit in a container. No back-and-forth needed.

Packing
One screen size per color box, master cartons hold one, two or four sets. We ship four-set cartons unless you ask otherwise.

Gross and net weight differ by screen size, so we quote them per model rather than publish one blanket figure. Ask us for the weights of the model you are costing and we will send the exact numbers with the packing list.
Container loading
Based on the four-set master carton above, which is what we load for full-container orders.

These are deliberate conservative figures, not the theoretical maximum — we leave room so the load does not come up short when the model mix changes the carton count. Actual cartons and sets are confirmed on the packing list before every shipment.

Wait for the RMA number before you ship — write it on the outside of the carton so we can match the parcel to your claim the day it lands. We confirm the diagnosis by email before any repair goes ahead.

Test reports
CE / RoHS / FCC / UKCA test reports are available on request for the relevant product lines. Ask for them with your quotation and we send them with the packing documentation.
What ships with the order
Commercial invoice and packing list as standard, with the carton breakdown per model. Tell us at the order stage if your customs broker needs anything further.
Not legal advice
Local type-approval and registration rules differ by country. We supply the test reports; confirming whether a given installation is road-legal in your market is down to you.
Trade questions we get asked next
Can I mix models on one order?
Yes, and most first orders do. Each model code is quoted and packed on its own, so a 40-unit order across twelve models is fine.
Can I test one unit first?
Yes. One unit ships at the same unit price as any larger order, nothing commits you to a second order, and a test unit leaves the factory in 3-7 working days.
Can you ship to a different port than the one we quote?
Yes. Send us the destination port and we will quote CIF against it. If you would rather use your own forwarder, we work FOB Shenzhen and hand over to whoever you nominate.
Do you do private label on the packaging?
Yes, from a higher quantity than a single test unit. Send us your artwork and the model list and we will come back with the quantity break and the lead time for a private-label run.
What documentation comes with the shipment?
Commercial invoice and packing list as standard, with the carton breakdown per model. Tell us at the order stage if you need anything else for your customs broker.
Can you ship direct to my customer?
We ship to the address you give us, so yes — but we invoice you, not your customer, and the paperwork travels in your company's name. Most of our trade customers consolidate in their own warehouse first.
