Our catalog covers the mainstream European chassis. When the vehicle you need is not on the list — a model sold mainly in your country, a facelift we have not mapped yet, or a factory system that behaves differently in your region — we develop the kit for it.

New-chassis fitment
Your local market runs a model or engine variant our catalog does not cover yet. We build the Android screen, Linux screen or digital cluster kit for that exact chassis and factory system.
CarPlay / Android Auto interface
A video interface that adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto to a factory system we have not decoded yet — original screen retained, factory controls working.
Private label
Your brand on the product: boot logo, UI theme and colors, packaging, user manual and labels. We stay invisible; your customers see you.

How a project runs
Send the vehicle brief
Make, model, model year, chassis code and factory system. Photos or a short video of the head unit and its menus help us quote fast.
Feasibility & quotation
We confirm what is involved and quote the development. You get a straight answer — including when a cheaper catalog route exists.
CAN bus capture & protocol work
We capture the vehicle's CAN data — remotely with your team's help where the car cannot come to us — and decode the messages our kit needs.
Prototype & testing
A working prototype is built and validated on the real chassis: CarPlay, Android Auto, cameras, factory controls, standby behavior.
Pilot batch
You (or your installer) fit and live with a small pilot batch. Feedback goes back to engineering before the production run is released.
Mass production
Series production starts at MOQ 100 units per developed model, with the same QC and English documentation as our catalog kits.
What we need from you
- Vehicle: make, model, model year, chassis code and factory system (a photo of the head unit is enough to start).
- Target quantity per year — even a rough range helps us design the right hardware platform.
- Your market and any certification needs (CE / UKCA / FCC and similar).
- If possible, a sample head unit or access to one car during CAN bus capture. Not mandatory — remote capture works.
Questions we usually get
Is 100 units really the minimum for a custom model?
Yes — MOQ 100 units per developed model, per order cycle. Development is quoted separately from the units, based on how much of the vehicle's system is new to us.
Do you need the physical car in your factory?
No. We run CAN bus data capture remotely: we send you the logging tool and a step-by-step guide, your team records the drives, and our engineers decode the data here. If a sample head unit can be shipped to us instead, development usually moves faster.
How long does development take?
It depends on how different the factory system is from platforms we already know. After the feasibility review you get a concrete schedule — and we keep it.
Will the kit carry my brand?
Yes. Boot logo, UI theme, packaging and manual can all carry your brand. We do not put our name on your product unless you want us to.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Vehicle data, protocol work and your commercial details stay between us. We are happy to sign your NDA or send ours.
What about pricing?
Every custom project is priced individually — development cost plus unit price at your volume. Email us with the vehicle brief and we will quote both.
